HOUSTON — PULSE, a Discover Financial Services company and operator of the PULSE ATM/debit network, has launched a redesigned Web site at a new Web address, www.pulsenetwork.com, according to a news release.
The new site features improved primary navigation, allowing users to be immediately directed to relevant PULSE data and information, including product overviews, industry research, professional development opportunities and more.
Financial institutions, processors, retailers and consumers have separate gateways leading to vital information. Potential participants can learn more about the network at "Joining PULSE," while "About PULSE" offers general facts, company history and an overview of products and services.
"As the primary communication portal for PULSE network participants, this new Web site was designed to enhance the entire user experience," said Cindy Ballard, PULSE executive vice president. "Simplified, straightforward navigation and revamped visual tools ensure easy access to information about PULSE and debit in general."
Upon entering the site, users will encounter a fresh new look. The sleek design includes enhanced graphics, reduced click-throughs and interactive tools. The PULSE home page features Spotlight and PULSE News sections for dynamic content, as well as Quick Links, which makes frequently viewed items readily available with one click. These new elements streamline access to areas of significant interest.
Along with the new Web address, PULSE e-mail addresses are changing to reflect the new pulsenetwork.com domain name.
