SECAUCUS, N.J. — NYCE today announced that Chicago-based Harris N.A. has renewed its NYCE Network participation and named NYCE its primary provider of PIN debit and ATM card access.
According to a news release, NYCE Payments Network LLC, is a U.S. electronic payments network and a Metavante company. Metavante is a leading provider of banking and payments technology. With $41 billion in assets, Harris has 276 branches in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin, 647 ATMs and approximately 600,000 cards. "We are looking for more than simply a network provider," said Titi Cole, senior vice president of Harris' Retail Product Management group. "As a long-time NYCE client, we have reviewed the numbers and found that NYCE not only demonstrates real economic value, but more importantly, is a valued strategic ally. NYCE works with us to create solutions that fit our specific customer needs and support our growth objectives." In addition to NYCE participation, Metavante provides Harris with card processing for debit, prepaid and ATM cards; ATM driving; card production and fulfillment; its health savings account solution; and check image solutions.
