BILLINGS, Mont. — Payment Alliance International has brought on David Hooper to oversee the company's national sales and help build the company's distributor program.
 
Before joining PAI, Hooper worked with some of the nation's top ATM manufacturers and independent sales organizations. 
 
At PAI, he will recruit and train distributors and assist those distributors with establishing their companies.
