RICHARDSON, Texas — Custom Credit Systems, which provides integrated, end-to-end, credit processing and maintenance systems for small business and commercial loan processing, has expanded its offerings to regional and community banks.
According to a news release, several of the nation's top 10 banks and other tier-one institutions have long relied on CCS and its CustomLender product suite to streamline operations while helping them provide better customer service. Now, this same solution is scaled for mid-FIs to manage any loan, from small business loans to commercial loans. "Today's economic conditions mirror those of 20 years ago, when our company was founded, and it is times like these that banks realize the importance of a more streamlined, end-to-end environment," said CCS president and chief executive Brian Shaw. "There are many conservatively run banks that have the opportunity to propel themselves into recovery, and even great success with the right business strategy. Our goal is to help them with this endeavor by providing a platform that is completely configurable to meet their individual needs."
