TOKYO — Fujitsu Ltd. has announced that, starting this month, Mizuho Bank is rolling out Fujitsu's digital signage system, the "Multi-Monitor Information Distribution System," throughout its bank branch network in Japan to provide customers with up-to-date financial product and market information.
Based on the philosophy of "putting the customer first," Mizuho Bank aims always to meet customer needs by providing the highest standard of comprehensive financial services. Positioning customer satisfaction as one of its highest management priorities, the bank selected Fujitsu's Multi-Monitor Information Distribution System in order to further expand communications with its customers. Supplementing the information provided by branch tellers, the bank will use this system to provide up-to-date information on interest rates and new marketing campaigns for financial products, thereby making effective use of customer waiting times and enabling customers to receive information that is suitable to their needs.
From developing, producing and managing content to distributing data, the use of Fujitsu's system minimizes the operational workload, another feature valued by Mizuho Bank.
