LONG BEACH, Miss. — Triton Systems of Delaware, Inc. announced today that it is implementing an aggressive new strategy which harnesses its expertise in the off-premise ATM market to expand the company as a stand-alone entity. The new strategy includes plans to leverage Triton's strong customer relationships, software engineering, and US-based manufacturing and services capabilities to introduce new products and services.

Daryl Cornell, Triton's general manager, cited the company's leadership in the off-premise market and strong, global brand as the obvious path to new growth.
"Our installed base of nearly 200,000 ATMs worldwide, a strong reputation for customer service, innovative engineering and product support are unparalleled," said Cornell. "Customers choose Triton because we are flexible and willing to partner with our customers to find solutions and to create differentiation."

Triton eliminated an undisclosed number of positions on Friday in the wake of the planned acquisition by Korea-based Nautilus Hyosung. Triton also plans to consolidate its workforce from its two Long Beach, Miss. facilities into the larger, more modern production plant. As part of the consolidation, Triton will make a significant investment in the manufacturing facility. The consolidation of Triton's staff under one roof has been in the company's strategic plan for nearly a decade.
