Allen, Texas-based ProfitStars, a division of Jack Henry & Associates Inc., is now offering its Enterprise Conversion Solutions for document capture to financial institutions it works with.

The new service converts paper-based files into document images. The images can be captured on-site or at secure ProfitStars scanning centers. The paper documents can be shredded or refiled, and document scanning projects can be performed as one-time or ongoing engagements, depending on customer preference.

The ECS service is compatible with Jack Henry & Associates' Synergy Enterprise Content Management platform and other third-party document imaging and accounting solutions.
