TRANSACT Technologies Inc., provider of market-specific printers for transaction-based industries, says it plans to demonstrate its Ithaca 8000, Ithaca 8040 and Epic 880 printers for POS and kiosk applications Sept. 14-16 at the ScanSource Partner Conference in Savannah, Ga.
According to a news release, the Ithaca 8000 dual-purpose printer allows receipts to be printed on standard thermal paper or liner-free labels, offering flexibility and the ability to streamline operations. The Ithaca 8040 thermal liner-free sticky label printer is designed to adhere to hot or cold beverage cups, providing better order accuracy at restaurants, saving time and money.
The Epic 880 thermal roll receipt printer is a compact, modular printer with an auto paper-loading feature ideal for most kiosks. The Epic 880 has the ability to print on 4-inch or 6-inch paper rolls.
