Collis is now supporting Fortis Bank Netherlands with process management and program-training development for the SEPA Direct Debit and Payment Services Directive. SEPA, which stands for the Single Euro Payments Area, allows cross-border payments among euro countries.
According to a news release from Collis, Collis is supporting Fortis Bank as part of the process management team that is focused on the SEPA Direct Debit and the Payment Services Directive, also known simply as PSD. Both these arenas within SEPA require extensive knowledge about the payment sector in general, and banks in particular.
In response, Collis says it is developing training programs for SEPA Direct Debit — the same kind of training it is delivering to Fortis Bank employees. Collis also is writing PSD training programs.
