California-based ClairMail Inc., a provider of mobile banking and payments solutions, today debuted an end-to-end mobile banking adoption services offering that includes best practices across all phases of the mobile banking adoption lifecycle, including planning, implementation, marketing and analysis. The company also says the solution provides additional value-added services to its mobile banking platform, including multichannel enrollment capabilities.
 
George Tubin, senior research director of delivery channels at TowerGroup, says mobile solutions like ClairMail's have the potential to surpass even online banking, in terms of adoption:
With a handset in just about every pocket, mobile banking has the potential to reach almost 100 percent of bank customers. That represents a growth opportunity unlike any other banking channel, even online. As banks look to increase the usage of their mobile servicese, they must appeal to all of their customers and select the right strategic partner that can enable and support aggressive growth and adoption.
According to ClairMail, other features of its mobile banking adoption program include:
  • Market research and advisor services: Access to the latest industry research, consumer surveys and best practices for adoption and program management. ClairMail also makes strategic recommendations and analysis to ensure the successful execution of a mobile banking initiative.
  • Adoption services and support: Implementation of recommendations and execution of customized mobile banking initiatives
  • Marketing strategy and best practices: Development of critical print and Web content including product materials, FAQs and demos tailored to specific audience demographics
  • Customized adoption reporting and benchmarking: Provide analytics and reporting tools that empower financial institutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by adjusting content, marketing or enrollment processes
