TIO launches self-service billpay in Ga.

Burnaby, British Columbia-based TIO Networks Corp. has announced the launch of a self-service automated bill-payment program for select retail stores in Greater Atlanta.

According to a news release from TIO, the cash-accepting kiosks allow Georgia Power customers to pay bills via TIO's expedited bill payment processing system.

The kiosks are expected to be fully operational this winter. Using the touchscreen interface, customers will navigate through billpay applications in either English or Spanish. All payments are immediately posted to customers' accounts. Customers can print or forward receipts to an email address of their choice.
