Brad Browder has taken the helm at Pendum LLC. The company announced last week that Browder has been named the new president of Pendum, bringing with him more than 15 years of industry experience.
Browder joined Pendum in 2008 as executive vice president of armored operations, after leaving his position as vice president of sales operations at Diebold Inc.
Under Browder's leadership, Pendum says it expects to continue to aggressively upgrade its operational capabilities and invest in resources to successfully deliver the company's mission — The Value of One.
"Pendum is a much different company today than it was a year ago," Browder said. "Today, the company delivers nationally-recognized results at a local level and offers a service model that allows for greater operational efficiencies. The changes that have taken place in the last 12 months have been remarkable."
In November, Pendum hosted an ATM Security Forum that brought together security professionals from both the armored transport and ATM maintenance businesses to share best practices and develop industry partners. And over the last few months, Pendum has invested in systems and infrastructure to better serve its operations and drive business efficiencies, as well as welcomed new talent to help position the company for future success.
Pendum also has named Cindy Luckman its senior vice president of sales and marketing. Luckman joins Pendum from Fifth Third Processing Solutions, where she most recently sold the organization's EFT financial processing capabilities. With more than 20 years of experience selling financial products and services, and partnering with financial institutions, Luckman understands the challenges and opportunities faced by national, regional and community banks and credit unions.
Jeff Gardner has been named senior vice president of support operations. Gardner joins Pendum from PaySimple, a payment management solutions company. Gardner will manage Pendum's operational support functions.
And Kirby Slunaker is the company's new chief information officer, coming to Pendum from Palmaris Solutions, where he served as a consultant providing strategic technology solutions for a variety of clients.
