Fiserv Inc. says Macatawa Bank, a $2-billion bank based in Holland, Mich., has signed on for outsourced account processing through Fiserv's Premier bank platform.
According to a news release from Fiserv, the announcement extends Macatawa's 11-year partnership with Fiserv and continues the bank's use of Premier, the most widely used core banking platform in the nation. The bank was previously processed by an independent data center that licensed Premier from Fiserv.
Macatawa Bank chose outsourced processing on the Premier platform from Fiserv, as well as value-added solutions that will enhance customer service and streamline the bank's operations. The solutions Macatawa is using include AML Manager, Activity Manager, Business Analytics, Customer View and HSA for Premier, as well as the Prologue solutions for financial accounting.
