Companion Systems has announced that it's been named one of the top 500 women-owned businesses in the United States by DiversityBusiness.com for the fifth consecutive year.

According to a news release from Companion Systems, the 10th annual listing of the nation's top businesses by DiversityBusiness.com judges privately-held companies by revenue size and multicultural earnings. Winners are sought by major corporations wishing to increase spending with women- and minority-owned businesses.

"Woman-owned businesses represent a growing part of the economy," said Sally Tiley, CEO of Companion Systems. "We are proud to be part of the Nation's Top Business List for the last five years."

This DiversityBusiness.com list represents small U.S. businesses in technology, manufacturing, foodservice and professional services.
