BS/2â€˜s SmartSafe solutions optimizes cash management for FIs, financial services

Lithuania-based BS/2 is promoting its integrated cash-management solution, SmartSafe, which is already installed and operating in several banks throughout the world.

BS/2 says the banks that have installed SmartSafe software have seen a 10 percent to 20 percent reduction in cash-management-related expenses at their branches. By applying SmartSafeâ€˜s automatic hardware and control system, branch efficiency, where cash management is concerned, can improve between 50 percent and 60 percent, BS/2 says. The types of hardware and software used also impact efficiency.

According to a news release from BS/2, the SmartSafe software solution operates together with automatic-cashier safes.
