Allpoint Network, a Cardtronics Inc. affiliate and operator of the largest surcharge-free ATM network in the United States, says it has renewed its agreement with FSV Payment Systems, provider of network-branded prepaid debit card products and processing services to both the public and private sectors. According to a news release from Allpoint, the Allpoint Network offers surcharge-free ATM access in retailers such as 7-Eleven, Target, Costco, CVS/pharmacy and Walgreens. "Offering surcharge-free access to ATMs at forty percent of the top ten retailers in America provides a tremendous amount of convenience to prepaid cardholders," said Ben Psillas, president of Allpoint. The extensive access provided by the broad network of surcharge-free Allpoint ATMs is a key component of the value FSV delivers to consumers with its payroll and general purpose reloadable prepaid cards, says Cathy Corby Parker, executive vice president at FSV.
