Transoft says OptimizeCF cloud computing for cash forecasting at ATM, branch is taking off

Transoft International Inc., which 18 years ago launched its flagship cash-optimization application, OptiCash, says its news cash-forecasting too, OptimizeCF, has been adopted by a number of financial institutions, retailers and casinos over the last two years.
The software-as-a-service model, which OptimizeCF represents, has helped Transoft take its cash-optimization solutions to a broader audience, since advanced technology is not required to use the application, says Bo H. Holmgreen, Transoft's CEO and president.
"Due to the database, implementation and management requirements of our legacy systems, only larger financial institutions had the resources to acquire and maintain such advanced technology," he said. "Three years ago, we decided to change that and began development of OptimizeCF. Rather than re-invent the technology that has served our customers so well, we harnessed the production-hardened capabilities of our core applications to bring almost two decades of progress to the concept of cloud computing via the Internet and to make it available and affordable for even the very smallest financial institutions.
