• Bank to refund ATM fees incurred during service outage

Australia's ANZ Bank is going to issue refunds to customers who were forced to use other banks' ATMs during a service outage, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The 1 hour 40 minute glitch took down about 83 percent of the bank's ATM footprint, according to the report.
