CO-OP Financial Services has announced a partnership with TEKchand LLC to enhance its suite of managed ATM services. According to a news release from CO-OP, the partnership will allow the network's credit union clients to remotely control and manipulate marketing messages as well as access and research transaction reports. The software upgrade also will provide credit unions with access to electronic journal files and the ability to query on-demand ATM transactions.
"ATMs are becoming a true extension of a credit union's brand," said Stan Hollen, president and CEO of CO-OP Financial Services. "By allowing credit unions to remotely update ATM graphics and messages, we're providing credit union members a much quicker and very cost effective way to expand their marketing campaign and create another sales channel."
The new application provides multivendor device support to manage an ATM fleet with one application. It can be purchased separately or as part of the upcoming CO-OP ATM Managed Services bundle.
The TEKchand application allows credit unions to pull the ATM electronic file on-demand, put the file into a viewer and do various searches.
