The eiManager solution is an event-driven problem-management system designed to receive, analyze, respond to and manage critical self-service device information. Through the use of eiManager, Cardtronics wants to increase device availability, reduce costs and control spend management as they gain enterprise-wide reporting capabilities.

eIManager includes automated problem detection, tracking, dispatching and service provider management, escalation and resolution functionality and report generation and distribution. It is scalable and can support an unlimited number of faults.

 

Cardtronics Inc. also has announced that its chief financial officer, Chris Brewster, will be participating in the upcoming Business and Government Services Unconference hosted by SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. The event is scheduled to take place Nov. 5 at Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York.
